The cost of a residential Real Estate Appraisal is a function of the complexity of the assignment. Most residential appraisals cost between $395 and $895.
Commercial assignments usually cost significantly more.

How long does an appraisal take to complete?
Most Residential Real Estate Appraisals can be completed within four to seven business days from the date we inspect the property.
Commercial assignments take between ten days for an office condominium up to thirty days for an office building, warehouse, shopping center, etc.
How long does it take to get on the appraisal schedule?
It usually takes between one and three days to get on the appraisal schedule.
Inspections are typically scheduled between 10 am and 2 pm Monday thru Friday, however we are more than happy to accommodate your specific request including a Saturday appointment. Please call to inquire about scheduling.
