The firm was founded by Patrick Casey in 1995.  Mr. Patrick Casey came to establish the company after many years in the real estate brokerage and development business. The firm today is of a single mind in the pursuit of real property values via real estate appraisal.

The company appraises both residential and commercial real estate. Our service area is the greater Metropolitan Washington D.C. Area including the surrounding counties of Montgomery and Prince George’s in Maryland, The City of Washington D.C., and Fairfax, Arlington, Falls Church, and Alexandria in Virginia.

Mr. Casey’s Background

• • The senior appraiser, Mr. Casey, learned his craft as a real estate broker in the greater Washington Metropolitan Area by helping buyers and sellers to close over 100 transactions during his tenure as a Realtor®.
  • In addition to his sales career, Mr. Casey has also acted as a principal in the purchase and/or sale of over twenty-five parcels of real estate.  And therefore has a significant and unique understanding of the intricacies of all aspects of the real estate markets.
